Membership Terms & Conditions

• Annual corporate membership subscription fee is RM100.00 per company and is valid for 1 year.
• Malaysian Integrity Academy (“MIA”) has the discretion to accept, reject and/or to withdraw membership/qualification.
• The membership benefits are only applicable for public and in-house training programs. It is not applicable in conjunction with other promotions / vouchers /seminar / conference / workshop.
• Fee is payable to Account No. 3205987008, Public Bank in favour of MALAYSIAN INTEGRITY ACADEMY SDN. BHD. A proof of payment should be emailed to account@integrity2u.my
• Upon registration, you consent to the use and processing of your information collected by MIA.

Upon submitting, we hereby declare that the above information is true and complete to the best of our knowledge and belief. If granted membership, we agree to be governed by the rules and regulations of MIA, and that we shall conduct ourselves at all times in a manner compatible with our membership of MIA.
